view production data (intranet architecture)
With wide acceptance, growth and accessibility of the Internet,
AccuTrack logical step was to provide remote monitoring of machines
and production data. Coupled with need to allow multiple users
to view machine data within a factory or view the whole plant
from anywhere in the world, our product AccuTrack Anywhere was
developed.
AccuTrack Remote Production Monitoring is a Web based application
as an extension to the companies AccuTrack Production Monitoring
Product.
It provides textiles manufacturers and factory managers with
an effective tool to monitor factory floor performance remotely
via World Wide Web or the factory intranet.
While away from production facilities, up-to-date
production information is made available within commonly used/available
web browser on user's laptop/personal computer. This information
is displayed in similar structure (look and feel) to various
screens of AccuTrack Production Monitoring system, which the
user is already familiar with.

Factory Floor Plan
The Factory Floor Plan screen is a visual
representation of all machines in the factory. A machine’s
current status is colour-coded, e.g. Running
(Green), Stopped (Red) or Disabled (Black). More information
about a machine can be obtained by ‘clicking’ on
it. Machines can be easily added to the system or deleted
from the system.

All Machine Status
The All Machine Status screen enables users to see the Total
Revolutions of each machine, indicating machine productivity.
Users can scroll up or down, or
zoom in to analyse a region. ‘Clicking’ on a bar
will display the Individual Machine Status of that machine.

Machine status
To ensure a particular machine is running as efficiently
as possible, its individual record can be seen in full on
the Machine Status screen. Data
monitored includes Run Time, Stop Time, RPM, Total Revolutions,
Efficiency, RPM History and Sensor History.

Detail All Machine Status
The records of all machines can be viewed at a glance on
the Detail All Machine Status screen. All machines can be
RESET at the start of a shift, and
their Status (Running or stopped), RPM, Total Revolutions
and Efficiency can be displayed on a single screen.
Records of machines are automatically updated, even when you
are away from the factory and Management Reports can be printed
automatically or
on demand.

All Machine Efficiency
The All Machine Efficiency screen displays the Efficiencies
of all machines. The performance of machine’s can be
viewed continuously for any given shift, e.g. if a machines
efficiency falls below a certain level, you will be instantly
notified.

Plant Efficiency
The Efficiency of the entire factory can be monitored on
the Plant Efficiency screen. The pie chart displays the total
Efficiencies of all machines in the factory.

Production Data
The Production Data screen is used to display detailed production
information and a graphical chart to display the percentage
of production completion (rate), for each machine.
This is useful to see which machines will finish production
soon as well as prediction of when items will be completed.
This is an extremely useful and powerful function of AccuTrack.
