AccuTrack Professional system extends all of the functionality of the traditional system but with emphasis on a common generic monitoring solution for any industry and any kind of machine.

The Professional node is ergonomically designed, easy to install and is equipped with a generous keypad and a bar code scanner to id operator interaction. The system can be applied across many industries such as Plastics, Spring Manufacture, Wire Forming, Packaging, Printing, Metal Fabrication etc...

The system is designed to be mutli-user incorporating a client server model where different departments can simultaneously view data. It also allows easy exchange of data with various ERP/MRP system.

The system REAL TIME capability greatly enhances visibility on the SHOP FLOOR from various operations and processes. Typically the traditional shop floor data capture system is inherently poor is providing up to date information on order progress once the work order has been issued, leaving a black box area!. In contrast, AccuTrack's real time capability provides complete clarity and control.

The system can complement Just in Time and Lean Manfacuting, and provide OEE and Operator performance data.

Factory Floor Plan The Factory Floor Plan screen is a visual representation of all machines in the factory. A machine’s current status is colour-coded, e.g. Running (Green), Stopped (Red) or Disabled (Black). More information about a machine can be obtained by ‘clicking’ on it. Machines can be easily added to the system or deleted from the system.
Machine status To ensure a particular machine is running as efficiently as possible, its individual record can be seen in full on the Machine Status screen. Data monitored includes Run Time, Stop Time, Speed/Rate, Product Count, Efficiency, Rate History and Sessions information.
Detail All Machine Status The records of all machines can be viewed at a glance on the Detail All Machine Status screen. Records of machines are automatically updated, even when you are away from the factory and data stored in the database. On going Production Session, Operator Session and Declaration Sessions can be viewed on this screen.
Production Data The Production Data screen is used to display detailed production information such as percentage of production completion (rate), for each machine. Orders can be tracked on this screen to determine completion quantities and the stages of production/operations. It is possible to carry out a complete audit trail on any given order.
Plant Efficiency The AccuTrack system has helped many companies to improve efficiency and productivity. Our studies and feedback by customers indicate that the average gain is expected to be around 8 percent, although much higher figures have been reported. Some customers have been able to update plant and machinery by utilising the montary savings achieved by the system.
Interfacing to Machines The AccuTrack system has been developed with the experince of many field engineers and industry experts and their feedback has been incorporated in the design to make the system very easy to install and commission. The communication protocol is ethernet running over a CAT5 network backbone. This means reliablity of communication over large machine installation at low cost, irrespective of the size of the factory.
